How do I use a promotion code?
When ordering our products online, it'll take you to a separate webpage where you can fill out your order. On that webpage will be a text box that asks you for a promotion code. Enter the promotion code in that text box, taking care that it is in the exact same characters in the same cases. Once the purchase button is clicked, you should see that the promotion code has been applied.
Do note that certain promotion codes can only be used on a specfic product, or a certain type of product. Be sure to check what those promotion codes are used for before entering them in the text box.
Do Trailblazers products contain hazardous substances?
Here at Trailblazers, we take great precautions in the manufacture of our products, so as to ensure the safety of our customers, factory workers, and the environment.
We avoid using certain chemicals which are considered hazardous by the International Workplace Health and Safety Organisation, follow methods of responsibly managing the chemicals involved in the manufacture of our products, and conduct thorough checks in the chemicals we use that they have not been contaminated.
Through innovations like the use of water-based solvents and our environmentally preferred rubber, which contains 96 percent fewer toxins by weight compared to the original formula, we aim to reach zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2030.
What should I do if the Trailblazers product I bought is defective?
If the product is bought at one of our physical stores, you should return as soon as possible to the store you bought it from. Ask for the manager there and explain the situation to them. If the claim is justified, you would have the choice of either a refund or a replacement for your product.
Alternatively, if the product is ordered online, you should submit a support ticket at our support website. Explain the situation in the ticket, and the staff assigned to you would do their utmost to guide you through on how to get a refund or replacement for your product.
You can also call our support number or e-mail the support website to be assigned to an operative who will advise you on your next course of actions.
